  • Al-Freshco 100% Locally Sourced Meal Delivery
    • Tasked with acquiring more customers, Lizzie immersed herself in Al-Freshco's current brand messaging and platform, prior marketing efforts, and current structure. WIth her signature collaborative approach, she met with the Founder and developed a structured way to meet Al-Freshco's marketing goals -- delivering an actionable plan that will improve communications, clarify the e-commerce assets, prioritize marketing tactics and targeting efforts, institute a marketing automation email and tracking program, and facilitate more sales as the company scales

  • Enlivity Corporation
    • Lizzie built a marketing plan for this exciting start-up, aiming to help alleviate symptoms of cancer patients. She identified the most viable products for the start-up to pursue, assisted with validation of the concept, consulted with product development engineers and food scientists, interviewed potential customers including patients and doctors, managed interns, and developed strategies for a successful launch

  • Woxxer
    • Lizzie built a business plan for this innovative market research tool, crafting a go-forward plan including pricing structure, website improvements, identified strategic partners, business development, and refined the pitch deck, among other tasks

  • Branchfood
    • Lizzie was pivotal in this community's success, advising numerous food-tech start-ups within the network and crafting key revenue-generating programs. One of her brainchild programs included: Amplify Boston (www.amplifyboston.com), a successful event in April 2016 which brought together members of the regional Boston media with retail buyers in order to support tabling companies -- ultimately delivering a stronger CRM database for Branchfood and additional sponsorship revenue
